En algún momento, en una de sus reuniones, las siete amigas comenzaron a platicar respecto a cómo vislumbraban su vejez.
Y entonces a una de ellas se le ocurrió preguntar: ¿Y si nos vamos a vivir juntas? Y lo que empezó como una broma terminó convirtiéndose en realidad.
Las siete mujeres, originarias de China, se conocen desde hace 20 años en el trabajo. Y ellas ilusionaron cómo sería vivir juntar tras su tras la jubilación.
Una de ellas se tomó muy en serio la idea de vivir juntas y pronto encontró una casa abandonada en la provincia de Guangzhou, en China, a tan sólo 70 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad.
Juntas compraron la casa con una construcción de 700 metros cuadrados y la restauraron. Esto comenzó en el año 2008, y 12 años después, la casa está completamente restaurada.
Con una inversión de más de 1.6 millones de pesos, la casa quedó lista para ser habitada por las siete socias inmobiliarias.
La casa consta de tres pisos, con áreas comunes en la planta baja, como una sala enorme, un comedor majestuoso y una cocina totalmente equipada.
En los pisos de arriba, hay apartamentos individuales para cada una de ellas. Y además, contemplaron una gran terraza para tomar el té juntas, y qué decir de los exteriores, tienen una parcela con zonas de jardín para disfrutar la naturaleza que les rodea, y ¡una piscina!
En un video, las mujeres cuentan que bromeamos entre nosotras hablando de que cada una debería desarrollar una habilidad diferente para que no nos sintamos solas y no nos peleemos dentro de 10 años. Algunas podemos cocinar, algunas conocer la medicina tradicional china, algunas tocar instrumentos y otras cultivar vegetales.
