Actualmente, a las 10:00 AM el centro del huracán se localizó a más de 260 km al sur-suroeste de Manzanillo, Colima, así como a 370 km al sur de Cabo Corrientes, en Jalisco.

La principal amenaza de «Enrique» es el potencial de lluvias fuertes-potencialmente severas sobre los municipios costeros de Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán y Guerrero.
Las lluvias intensas iniciron a partir de hoy y continuarán en las próximas horas, presentándose lo más intenso el día domingo 27 de junio.
Además, no se descartan fuertes rachas de viento de hasta 60 km/h y oleaje significativo de hasta 5 metros de altura por lo que se recomienda a la población extremar precauciones.
El Centro Nacional de Huracanes de los EE.UU., trazaron la trayectoria del huracán «Enrique» y consideran que será el primer huracán de la temporada y con efectos importantes en Mexico.

También se esperan presencia de lluvias de moderadas a intensas en las sierras de Sinaloa, Durango, Nayarit, Chihuahua, Coahuila y San Luis Potosí.

Es muy importante que la población atienda indicaciones que las autoridades de Protección Civil emiten respecto a la probabilidad de inundaciones.
Sobre todo el desbordamientos de ríos, deslizamientos/derrumbes, anegamientos urbanos y corrientes peligrosas de agua.
Se invitó a la comunidad en general a identificar refugios temporales y rutas de evacuación en caso de ser necesario, sin olvidar llevar el cubrebocas y documentos importantes.
