La Luna de Fresa es el nombre dado a la Luna llena que ocurre en el mes de junio.
En las próximas horas, se acerca el momento en que la enigmática Luna de Fresa iluminará el cielo, dando inicio al verano en el hemisferio norte y al invierno en el hemisferio sur.
Este fenómeno astronómico, que captura la atención de personas en todo el mundo, forma parte de una serie de eventos celestes que se presentan año tras año, como los alineamientos planetarios, cometas, eclipses y lluvias de estrellas, así como las majestuosas lunas llenas.

Es importante destacar que, a pesar de su nombre, la Luna de Fresa no adquiere un tono rojizo en el firmamento, sino que se presenta con tonalidades peculiares como el naranja dorado o el blanco.

Por ejemplo, en Europa se conoce como Luna de aguamiel o Luna de miel debido a su coincidencia con la temporada de cosecha de miel. En China, se la conoce como Luna de loto, mientras que en el hemisferio sur se la denomina Luna de roble, Luna fría y Luna de noche larga.

- España: 5:15 a. m. del 4 de junio.
Este evento astronómico coincidirá con el primer fin de semana de junio y ocurrirá poco antes del solsticio de verano en México.
